Is the bread for a BLT supposed to be toasted or grilled or soft?

It's damn closer to 40 tha n it is to 18/19 which is the age group people are referencing when they pejoratively use it. Millennials are grown ass adults with jobs and kids and houses, not college kids or teens. Hence, someone who says "millennials can't even make a BLT" just sound old and crotchety.
