| yes to both, hopefully on Wednesday |

I will get the flu shot if I can get thimerosal free.
Not sure about h1n1, but leaning towards no. Careful, fluzone is the nasal mist vaccine which is not approved for pregnant women or children under 2. |

Not completely made up my mind yet. But most probably a NO for both.

| yes to both on OB's recommendation. will make sure DH gets both too once he can so newborn will not be exposed. |
| The shot I got from Safeway that was thimerosal free and they called Fluzone was a shot not a mist. |

Yes--got preservative free seasonal flu shot
Yes--planning on getting H1N1 once my OB gets it--and am trying to find a preservative free one. |
| Pregnant women are a priority group for H1N1. For anyone on the fence, read this article: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/10/20/health/20pregnant.html?em |
| Got both at my OB's office (Foxhall). |
| If you're looking for the swine flu shot, the Casey Health Center in Alexandria is offering it to pregnant women. I just made an appointment to get it today. |
