My choice is that Russia has hacked and neutralized our military and will take us over, militarily, in about a year. Putin will replace Trump with some guy from Russia.

Trump is impeached and then the day before the verdict in the Senate trial he takes a plane in the middle of the night to somewhere tropical without an extradition treaty.

I'm not so sure about that. Once he's no longer in the White House and doesn't have anything useful to offer his creditors, he'll probably want to avoid Russia.

I don't think he will ever resign. He loves to be king. I think he's going to hold on until the very bitter end, and it will be bitter. I don't know how that end will actually happen, though. He's shown surprising resiliency so far.
