For real though? Democrats win House and start declassifying LOTS of dirty information on DJT. Subpoenas, charges filed via Mueller. DJT becomes totally unglued when either Jared or one of his sons is perp walked.

He resigns in 2019 or 2020 in order to clear the way for POTUS Pence in the 2020 election cycle in exchange for pardons. He'll say something along the lines of "I don't want to be a distraction" and then blame the media/Hillary/Democrats/RINOs/etc.

Impeachment in 2019

Trump, Jr, Ivanka, Jared, Prince, Sessions, Manafort and a host of others face various criminal charges and in the case of the Trumps, state charges in NY.

Trump himself is likely to be unfit to face his charges but the rest will either plea or spend a long time in prision. Manafort, life.

Pence cannot pardon the NY State charges that Manafort, Trumps, Kushner will face.

Pence cannot pardon the NY State charges that Manafort, Trumps, Kushner will face.

That's a gamble they will need to take. They can tie it up in court for a long time, run the clock out. My guess is that Kushner flees to Israel, the Trump sons get something petty like 5 years in state prison.

I don't see Manafort getting a federal pardon. He's kryptonite.

I don't think he will ever resign. He loves to be king. I think he's going to hold on until the very bitter end, and it will be bitter. I don't know how that end will actually happen, though. He's shown surprising resiliency so far.
