I hike a lot (live close to a mountain). My gluteus muscles are very well developed, so are my gastrocnemius! Meaning my legs got bulkier! I would say it’s also my genes. I also supplement with squats, bridges and planks.
I can’t afford barre or Pilates (it’s about $300 for 10 classes where I live) or a gym membership, so I just do a lot of natural movement (but would be difficult if you live in the city). |
Agree. Also had the stair climber. Plus, squats and lunges. |
