| I didn’t think it was terrible but it was missing the wow factor i expect to see at half time shows. They build it up so much, his press conference he said they were doing something exciting but he couldn’t say what it was. So i watched and i still don’t know what it was |

The pretty well accepted rumor is they were going to do a holographic projection of Prince and do a "duet". The backlash over it was so bad (aided by Prince's own opposition to the idea, calling it demonic) meant they couldn't do it. So they ended up with the Prince "homage" which while fine or whatever wasn't anywhere near the "wow" factor they'd teased. |

Dancing was great but I could barely hear the songs and they kept changing so quickly I couldn’t get the beat until he hit the Trolls song at the end.
That outfit was horribly distracting. It was like an Idaho Survivalist Prepper Interview Suit (with apologies to people from Idaho). |
