| Yes they do |
| Older men do. My (older) AP liked to call me every day, just to chat. Then we got busted and that was the end of that. I miss it. |
| common millennial dysfunction. look for a gen X man |
Yes, some people still call. The guy I like texts for simple things like "wyd" or "wya" or basic replies. If he misses me, he'll call. If he wants to discuss something, he'll call. If we need to talk about something really important/personal, he invites me to meet in person. Says he's "lazy about technology." I'm so glad

| I guess I'm old fashioned. I like phone calls. |
You could get a new older AP. One who is single, funny, tall, well-educated, and will call you every day. |
| I am all for the phone but often also end up texting. Then I know I am not interrupting anything for the other person, the person has time to think and respond when it is convenient for them. I can call if we end up in a long text conversation, or if something is shorter to just explain in direct conversation. So 90% of phone communication is texts. I assume that you do see each other fairly regularly and then talk face to face? |
| When I first met my DH, he called me pretty much everyday for a quick good night. I was living in NYC at the time, so this really set him apart from the other men I was dating. I loved it. But I think it's rare and probably close to extinct. |
Sounds like you have somebody in mind. |
