Anyone else dealing with crabby teens on Christmas Eve?!

Two days after Christmas and my teen and tween are still being PITA. They were fine up to Xmas, but I don’t know if they day didn’t live up to their expectations, the break from school isn’t fun enough, or what.

+1. We didn't go away this year while many/most of DS's friends did, so I think several days of viewing the Instragram posts of beach time in Florida has gotten to him. I'll be glad when the break ends and the school routine returns, even if it does bring the school stress with it.

(his GF had bought it for him) I don't blame him for being mad, but it was in the general laundry hamper and I did not read the care label. Sigh, I can't seem to win.

I would view this as a lesson learned for him. If you want to have your laundry specially handled, you do it yourself.

Do not buy him another sweater.

I'd buy him a new sweater this time but let him know that it is a one time concession in the spirit of Christmas & that if he wants to guarantee none of clothes get ruined in the future, he needs to start washing them himself.
