Totally surprised. I was literally right behind my ex, caught me so off guard.

Again, are you SURE he wasn't at a Christmas Party last night, uninvited? Where are my peeps?

Maybe. Zero clue what my ex does.

Aww, geez. My peeps will get the "uninvited guest" reference. Where are you all?

I get it, I get it!

I get it, too. Was there ever an update?

We should have taken her seriously - her autographed t-shirt of the Twilight Saga was stolen.

I assume you didn’t have children together? How long were you married?

I would panic and leave because the thought scares the he'll out of me. He has stalked me before.

I'm not OP though.

Undetected?

I get the reaction of OP. It's a hit in the gut to see the guy and worse if it's where you previously felt securely away from the reminders of a bad time of life.

So you broke up but are still having a kid together? And you want kudos for having a conversation with someone you'll have to coparent with for 18+ years?

The PP saw her ex at their son's gender reveal party. Presumably the son is the father of the baby-to-be making PP a grandparent.

I would find that weird— it would freak me out! What are the chances...? How long ago did you break up?

An obscure coffee shop by my apartment on a random Saturday afternoon dressed super casual.

Why the need to. Amedeo the brands? So weird?

Met in grad school. Broke up a couple years ago. Def not implying ex is stalking me. As you said, what are chances. Funny is all.

Want a cookie for being a general A-hole and completely missing the point of the PP’s post? Here, take two. Actually, have the entire box...

Why do people hit “send” on these posts before making sure their phone hasn’t done some weird autocorrect that makes the post unintelligible? Is there some huge rush to post?

He didn't go, uninvited to a Christmas party last night by any chance, did he?

My first thought too!
