Yup. There will be no silent condoning of collusion with a foreign governemtn or sexual harrassment in my book!!! I dont care WHO is the guilty party. That person should be exposed and punished. |
| Once again the paid influence of our congress is at fault. So sick of the money in politics dirtying up everything. |
Well, this is just awful. |
No one should have their personal prosecutor, and the fact that we do this in our government should scare everyone of both parties. |
Where are Hillary and Barack on these revelations? |
Exactly. This is the biggest issue in Washington - across all parties - and no one is addressing it. |
First of all, did you say the same thing in 1998? Second, Mueller was hired to investigate Russian interference in the election. If the Podesta Group has ties to Ukraine and is involved in some way, then it should be investigated. If Trump has been laundering Russian money and is beholden to Russian in some way, that should be investigated. If a former general has ties to Russia and Turkey and lied about those ties, that should be investigated. If there is subsequent cover-up of said facts, then those are crimes central to the investigation. |
Did they work with Tony Podesta or The Podesta Group? |
Apparently not running off at the mouth about anonymous allegations about an ongoing investigation. They aren't even public officials anymore, so why would they need to comment on this? There aren't any "revelations" yet, other than that Mueller et al. are apparently following the money, and it led them to this law firm, which they are now investigating. We don't yet know whether and to what extent the Podesta Group violated FARA; presumably, if Mueller comes to the conclusion that it did, there will be an indictment. Just as with the other people and entities being investigated. If they are guilty, they should be punished, regardless of political affiliation. Foreign interference in our elections is a big deal, and anyone involved should be punished. If this is a partisan issue to you, then you are a messed-up person. |
+1 |
Because this is actual patriotism. As opposed to flag pins and what one does during the national anthem. |
Why would you, or anyone be opposed to our flag or national anthem? |
Because of the 1st Amendment, jack@ss. #easilydistracted |
The opposition is to compulsory displays of patriotism. Our oath is to the Constitution, not a song or a flag. |
Currently looking at the American flag flying in the breeze on my front porch. But my brain is big enough to understand that some of my fellow Americans might feel differently about it than I do, given how they've been treated historically in this country by their fellow Americans. And I'm grateful for their legal right, under the Constitution, to express their views. |
