Just because there is a board does not mean that the board is not a rubber stamp for the head of the school.

The admin, the board, the teachers, the parents...are along for the ride of whatever the head of school wants to do. 75% of times it's great. Somestimes, it's not, but no one wants to stand up to her.

NP here - So what are the strengths and weaknesses of the program and at what ages does the school shine or fail?
