Uh-oh.... no Bachelor in Paradise... too raunchy?

I knew these shows are heavily producer driven, but this is saying the producers said, "We will be devoting part of BIP to you two hooking up". And so Corrine went over to Demario and then "whatever happened" happened.

I had thought that hookups, etc. were "organic" (using a term the contestants use) but then producers prodded them a bit more, etc.

Insane.

TMZ article says it is Demario's side of the story, but others have a different account. Any idea what the other versions are???

Based on that TMZ story I'm guessing that Corrine has a different story. The Dermario's version def makes her out to be the aggressor/initiator of whole thing.

Nothing new than what's been previously discussed here.

Pretty easy to infer that the explicit oral may have not been fully consensual.

Not sure how that's implied at all.

Basically also says he couldn't have sex 'because of the alcohol.'

Much worse has happened on this show - I'm confused.

A source close to the Bachelor in Paradise cast tells ET that when the cast first arrived to film the new season in Mexico, they were "drinking all day, having a good time… the guys and girls were bopping around, talking to everyone, trying to make connections."

According to the source, DeMario Jackson -- who was previously a contestant on the current season of The Bachelorette -- was soon approached by Corinne Olympios -- who famously competed for Nick Viall's heart on the most recent season of The Bachelor.

"DeMario was in the pool," the source said. "Next thing you know,Corinne comes over and hops on his lap. They start talking and joking."

The source says that things escalated quickly between the two contestants, leading to the pair getting hot and heavy together.

"Everyone is just going about their business. Cameras are rolling. Producers are everywhere," the source said. "That's when a 'third party' felt uncomfortable, claiming misconduct in the workplace. As of right now, production of Paradise is suspended indefinitely. And they are sending everyone home and telling everyone else to stay home. DeMario and Corinne got sent home soon after."

The source went on to explain that the "third party" who made the complaint was a producer on the show.

However, the source says the producers on the show encouraged Jackson and Olympios to get together.

Following the incident, there appears to be no bad blood between the two contestants. "DeMario was trying to reach Corinne via email, Instagram and Facebook for a few days. Finally, [he] got a hold of her, they exchanged numbers and they've been talking. They are both speaking and on good terms," the source added.

Sounds like "the third party" wasn't aware of the type of show they signed on for.

The 'third party' sounds like an annoying little prude trying to cash in. Seriously, have you even watched this show? Par for the course.

Perhaps BIP needs to provide a "safe space" in the future.

Just read somewhere (sorry, forgot where) that the producer said Corinne was too drunk to give consent (though everyone alleges there was no sex involved) though others said she was "fully engaged."

People Magazine's version

http://ew.com/tv/2017/06/12/bachelor-in-paradise-demario-jackson-allegedly-filmed-in-sexual-encounter/

It says "Bachelor in Paradise was suspended after producers allegedly filmed DeMario Jackson in a sexual encounter with a female contestant who may have been too drunk to consent, two sources tell PEOPLE."

also "One contestant on the show tells PEOPLE that two other cast members saw the interaction. The source adds that the contestants are upset that crew members did not do more to stop the incident."

Corrine being too drunk to consent is consistent with her time on Nick's season. Reality Steve said she frequently passed out at the cocktail parties. Usually they woke her up, but not always.

Others say she was fully engaged and now Corinne says she would never do something like that b/c she has a boyfriend at home!

Right.... go on BIP when you have a boyfriend b/c you have no intention of doing anything crazy or hooking up with anyone!

I wonder if Corinne just decided that hooking up with DeMario (maybe b/c he's black) wasn't the image she wanted to present in order to get her own show. Maybe she's just regretting it after the fact.

Maybe I don't quite understand the premise, but isn't the whole point of going on is hoping to make a love connection or hook up with someone? Why would someone go on the show if they had a boyfriend at home?

Exactly. And she was ridiculously drunk on Nick's season all the time (as are people on all types of reality shows) This is fishy.

And if this guy didn't do anything wrong I really hope his name isn't tarnished because of this. I could see her spinning something really unfair.

Sorta. A lot of these folks are basically professional bachelor nation members. I'm ashamed to say that I religiously read Reality Steve's blog and he said that a number of contestants on this season of BiP had boyfriends going into filming.

Or girlfriends. Pretty sure Steve said some of the guys had girlfriends, too. It isn't only the girls who are looking for "fame" and more instagram followers.
