I put my I phone in the trunk of his car and can track him. I work from home and we only have the one car. I'm so despondent and just trying to hold it together for the kids.

OP, I don't have advice but lots of sympathy. I get why you are doing it. It's emotional and mental torture being 98% sure but not 100%. And while it a cheating spouse will not make a difference with child custody, I can't make a difference financially. A sympathetic judge could order him to pay your attorney fees. Additionally your attorney can subpoena the AP and make a stink in court, which becomes public record. Which makes the revenge that more sweet.
