This is just sad. The Smiths could do almost anything in terms of education. |
| Just because an individual doesn't conform to society's standards doesn't make them mentally ill. So many people are boring clones who follow the status quo like blind sheep. Jaden is rich and he can do whatever he wants to do. However, I don't like him because he is a lacks talent. Prince used to dress weird too, but he was talented. So, people overlooked his freakish behavior. |
What are you spewing. I just googled his picture at this years event. He did not have on women's clothing or shoes. Maybe you dress like a man believing you dress like a woman. He did have his cutoff dreads in hand. |
It's not women's wear. The article specifically states those are male articles |
I think you have mental problems. He is a teenager who thinks being weird is cool. His parents let him because he and they have enough money where he never has to show up somewhere with a resume trying to get a job as a desk jockey like the rest of the hoi polloi. |
I don't. https://newsone.com/2648933/new-village-leadership-academy-scientology/ Will Smith’s Alleged Scientology School Closes Doors Due To Parent’s Outrage?

+1. Nothing about that outfits says women's wear. I think he looks good. He looks totally different without the dreads. In a good way. |

See? It's womenswear. And this isn't the first time. Plus, he carried his recently chopped off dreads as an accessory. |
It doesn't look like womenswear. But what you believe is that if a man wears clothing designed as womenswear- even if that clothing is androgynous bordering on masculine- that's a sign of mental illness? Hm. |
|
It's not just the clothing. It's everything about him. He either has issues, or he's an attention seeking person---which is often a sign of issues.
He's like Kanye in womenswear. But unlike Kanye, Jaden has yet to actually accomplish anything on his own. Perhaps that is prompting his lack of identity? |
| He's not mentally ill, he's a teenager with too much time and money on his hands. |
He'a attention seeking- like every other celebrity who showed up at the met ball. Like every other celebrity, period. And no he's not "like Kanye," who actually had a mental breakdown that's been publically acknowledged. You don't like Jaden. He's weird. Weird doesn't equal mentally ill, and it's ignorant to think that. |
| Overindulged. Raised to think he's special. |
| They have all of the money in the world. The kid has to do something to stand out...so he acts/looks strange. Just another spoiled brat screaming out for attention |

He compared himself to Galileo and said he wants to build a pyramid. He went on a live rant on social media this January and said he wanted to run away. Lots of rumors about suicudal tendencies. Lots of interviews talking about UFOs and other bizarre things.
His parents are scientologists. Scientologists don't believe in mental illness or psychiatry. He's right around the age window when people with schizophrenia begin to present pronounced symptoms. Hence, my original query about his mental health. I don't follow him or Hollywood closely, but I've gleaned this from various interviews I've read. As a mom, I suspect he's troubled. And I feel sorry for him. |
