| I love their quinoa cowboy veggie burgers. All of the filled pastas in the refrigerated section are also good (the mushroom, butternut squash, cauliflower, goat cheese...raviolis) |
Where are the fettuccine sauce and Penang curry sauces from -- are they in a bottle or are these all frozen items? |

My kids and I like the Vegetarian Corn Dogs which are also cheaper than the Morningstar ones though they are not of much nutritional value.
I also like the eggplant cutlets which are easy to heat up and put in a sandwich and they are pretty cheap. Their fake sausage patties are also pretty good - better and cheaper than the Morningstar ones. |

Here's what I eat (I'm vegan and don't like a lot of foods in general though so don't take this as a rejection of other things). Also I eat soy, wheat, sugar, artificial sweeteners, msg, etc and whatever as long as it is vegan. I'm not presenting these as healthy options, but you probably could do worse.
-mandarin orange fake chicken thing. Orange bag in freezer section. Serve with rice and steamed broccoli. Pretty good. -veggie burritos? The one without cheese. I haven't tried the one with cheese but everyone in my family thinks those veggie ones are good. -not sure if they still have them but Dr, Praegers California veggie patties/burgers are good -but really the best veggie "burger" thing is Boca chik'n patties. Those things are amazing and the only ones I eat other than the Dr Praeger ones. They also aren't at Trader Joe's but I felt like I should throw that out there. Put them on a roll with some lettuce, pickles, and Just Mayo...delicious sandwich. -they have a vegetarian dumpling. The meat ones are in the clear bags and the veggie one is an opaque bag, think it says Thai maybe, but just look where all the dumplings are and find the vegetarian one. These are amazing. You can have them with some steamed veggies, rice, whatever you like. |
