I agree. Americans (and others) have just become so fat across the board that we don't even remember what it is like to be a normal healthy weight anymore.
Totally agree. But I'm 50 years old, 5'5 and 115 pounds. According to dcum, I have an eating disorder. According to my doctor, I'm super healthy. I can still run 26.2 miles in less than 4 hours. I exercise every day, so nothing I eat affects my weight much. My breast size hasn't decreased at all despite nursing five kids - still a 34C. If I had an eating disorder, I'm pretty sure the boobs would be the first to go.
Not bragging. Most of my friends are also in great shape. The problem is that most of you have become so fat, that fat seems normal to you.
