Lodge cast iron and then i use the hell out of my cast iron enamel dutch oven (lecruset)

Another vote for all-clad. We use our large saute pan daily.

Same here. I have a big one and a small one, permanently oiled and seasoned and very non-stick. I use for eggs every morning. While pans are very hot, swish out with water and wipe dry.
