Want that yoga/barre look over bulk....without doing Barre

I disagree. I used to run a lot and had runners calves and thighs. Doing yoga 5 times a week really slimmed my legs down by several inches and made me strong all over.

What kind of yoga do you do?

If you work from home try fitting in barre3.com or yogaglo in at lunch hour or in the am. I love both to help keep me lean. Both websites have options for workouts ranging from 10 minutes to 90 -- it's great and much cheaper than a studio and less time consuming not having to travel.

Try Suzanne Bowen streaming. She usually overs a 3 or 5 day free trial - no cc required. I preferred her to barre 3 and pure barre.

It's not the yoga, it's the fact that you stopped doing exercises that strengthened your calves and thighs. You lost the strength so your legs got smaller.

Nothing wrong with bulk. What's your issue with it?

It's like you're prioritizing being small or something, which is weird. Do you have body image issues?

NP. Yoga is my main form of exercise (I practice 5-7 days/week), and I've absolutely gained strength (and 1/4 inch of height!). If you're doing it not just as a meditative practice, you're doing body weight exercise for pretty much your entire practice.
