You lost the strength so your legs got smaller. [/quote] NP. Yoga is my main form of exercise (I practice 5-7 days/week), and I've absolutely gained strength (and 1/4 inch of height!). If you're doing it not just as a meditative practice, you're doing body weight exercise for pretty much your entire practice. [/quote]
