If my well-behaved child were reprimanded by an agent at an open house while looking in a different room than me, I would be annoyed. If my child were not well-behaved, I wouldn't let them out of my sight. If the kid was doing nothing wrong, he had as much right as anyone to look at the house. Maybe his parents wanted his input -- he would have to live there too.
