I don't disagree. The OP's kid is definitely demonstrating atypical behaviors. But, for example, if a kid without autism is normal, does that mean a kid with autism is not? So they're abnormal? Weird? I don't like the "normal" qualifier applied to people. We're all normal in our weird ways. |
