Why is Israel building hundreds of homes in West Bank?

I'm curious to know where the inhabitants of these settlements come from and how do they wind up there. Is it mostly immigrants who want to settle there or who the government can tell to go there? Is it native Israeli who are lured by bigger houses, cheap land, etc? Do young Tel Aviv families think about moving to the West Bank for better housing like DC families look at Loudon or Reston? Curious what the draw/incentive is - or is entirely religious inspired?

The Prophet said no such thing, and has in fact explicitly said in one of his last sermons that an Arab is no better than a non-Arab for God.

They are true believers who want to perpetuate a Jewish state. They also have large families to that end.

So while Arabs have no superiority over non arabs and the only superiority we hold is that of taqwa and God only know who amongst us is righteous- The Holy Prophet saw has clearly stated that non arabs should not look down upon arabs. I know my family has roots in being Quraysh but are otherwise Persian and central Asian, and most people do look down upon Arab culture, in fact most would laugh at the idea that the Arabs have a culture. This is a touchy subject b/c the arabs of today like to claim superiority over other Muslims b/c of their knowledge of Arabic but knowledge doesn't equal wisdom.
