The stimulus package came to $787 billion. Well over $800 billion - again, not accounted for in the budget - has been spent on the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. I bet these wars have done more for the US economy than the stimulus ever will. A grammatically incorrect sentence but accurate nevertheless. |

This is the reason I just can't get with the Republican agenda-backing military action because it's viewed as an economic boost. |
