Lupita can wear any color. It's incredible, really. She always looks good. I'd look near-death in that color! 
Olivia Wilde's dress looks like a department store rack find clipped to a fancy collar. nagl Blake Lively can DO old-school glamour. I kinda wish she'd pick something less safe, especially at an event like this Naomi Campbell is ageless. Damn. Hot af. Zendaya - I'm not even a fan of this dress, but it works on her. Makin' a bowl cut look fashionable, too! (I think I had this haircut in 3rd grade, and it was nagl at all) Kate Hudson - Ehh. This dress is trying too hard, but I don't know what it's trying to do Zoe Saldana is beautiful, but I can't help but think of all the bare-butted birds who were plucked for that skirt. Jennifer Hudson - YUS. Oh yus! Stunning silhouette, masterfully balances angularity and fluff. This dress is amazing, and she looks regal in it I would probably like Mindy Kaling's dress better if I hadn't just seen Jennifer Hudson's. It seems to have some futuristic iridescence to it; that's cool Amber Valletta always looks sharp. Not like well-dressed men are sharp. Like pointy spikes. Even the sequins? Feathers? wtf are those? at the bottom look harsh. PP's Beyonce lyric quote is on point. Looks like she skinned Becky! Latex is never a good look outside of a bedroom/dungeon/fetish club, but she's Beyonce. If anyone can get away with this, it's Beyonce. (cue angry wrath of beyhive at having failed to properly worship their queen) Madonna- Oh, honey. Looks like she got into it with a tiger with a tit fetish. The "Mauled on the way in" look went out in the grunge era, didn't it? DIDN'T IT??!!! I really liked how Selena Gomez layered an edgy leather over a sweet polka dot. Great balance, until I got to the shoes. I think the slip dress/combat boot look was a thing in the 90s, and it should stay there. SJP looks knackered. She's usually so fashion forward! Maybe this is the new fashion, and I'm not on trend enough to appreciate it? She looks like she needs a nap. Moms everywhere will love that trend! Kylie Jenner - The pattern on her dress reminds me of a swimming pool, but I don't hate it. GAGA - wins the award for best interpretation of the theme. This is weird as fuck, but so quintessentially Gaga that it works. Kimye - Okay, don't hate, but they're the theme award runners up. They would've won it, but the ripped jeans and cowboy boots make it look like Kanye forgot his actual pants and borrowed some honky's. (I'm white. I'm reclaiming "honky") Derek Jeter's fiance (who is this?) - beautiful dress, and maybe it's just the angle of the shot, but it kinda looks like it's a layer short right at the crotch? Kerry Washington is f*ckin' gorgeous, and pregnant!, and her hair is amazing, but the gloves are lace overkill. I think that's the "poor fit" issue PP mentioned; they chop up the line of her otherwise-lovely dress. Someone please meme Bella Hadid's leg. Anna Ewars (who is this?) - Average, downright plain cut meets WOW fabric (beading? how the hell did they make this) and the look is stunning. I hope she got to stand all night, though. Sitting seems dangerous. Gigi/Zayn - meh. The armor reads medieval, not high-tech, but it looks kinda fun. If her bodice is metal-plate and not just beads/sequins, I give them bonus points. Rachel Smith is too pretty for such a basic dress. The cheap Jo-Ann Fabric lamé all over and the awkwardly prominent knee ruffle make this look cheap. Claire Danes! I was just prattling on about the pics posted here, but I looked hers up since you mentioned it. Celestial, yes. If a bit "bewitched". Not exactly on-theme, but it's absolutely magical and she looks lovely. And very, very pale.

I don't like the lining of Ciara's dress, I think it's a tad too dark. I also don't like all the pins in her hair but love the color and style.
