PP revived this thread but failed to mention that Trone announced that he's running for the 6th District seat since John Delaney will not be running for reelection. How can he run for the 6th this time and the 8th last time? Does Maryland require that you live in the Congressional district you represent?

I don't think they do, nor do most states require that. At most you are required to be a resident of the same state (aside from which, he could easily have moved)

You do realize thats fully legal, and the way business works. I am cool with shop local, shop independent, but calling him disgusting for running a big box chain is a bit much. BTW, I live in NoVa, where TW is a big presence, but we still have several small independent wine shops, and small independent craft beer shops (hard liquor is a state monopoly in Va)
