The neighborhood around the school is Ft. Stanton, named for one of DC's Civil War Forts (in the National Park Services Fort Circle Parks). That Ft. is named after Edwin M. Stanton, who was the Secretary of War during the Lincoln administration and for most of the Civil War.

Wilson, Roosevelt, Coolidge -- Easy, the presidents
Hardy -- Rose L Hardy, early 20th century DCPS administrator
Deal -- Alice Deal, early 20th century DCPS administrator
Stoddert -- Benjamin Stoddert, first secretary of the Navy
Mann -- Horace Mann, educator
Key -- Francis Scott Key, author of the national anthem
Hearst - Phoebe Hearst, mother of William Randolph Hearst and philanthropist

Who else?

John Tyler, too.

The unincorporated community in VA where CIA headquarters is located, probably doe s not provide a clue, as that Langley was named for an estate in England: "In 1719, Thomas Lee purchased a nearly 3,000-acre tract from the sixth Lord Fairfax and named it "Langley" after his family's estate in England." https://www.cia.gov/news-information/featured-story-archive/2008-featured-story-archive/original-headquarters-building.html

So, it could be named for the third director of the Smithsonian Institute, astrophysicist Samuel Pierport Langley: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samuel_Pierpont_Langley

But, not sure.
