No. But we do usually go out to eat (with the kids) on that night. So, I sometimes take off work an hour or hour and a half early so I can pick up the wife and kids and get to a nice restaurant at a reasonable time to eat dinner and get home before bedtime.

Yes, we both take the day off and go for a day trip somewhere, an escape of sorts.

I also take off for my birthday, DH's birthday and my kids' birthdays.
