It's going to take liberal/progressive leaning comedy news shows to take Trump down, because the GOP won't do it. Today republican leadership affirmed they would support Trump if he won the nomination.
I suspect that the GOP is afraid of alienating a major component of its base. They know they rely on hateful, mostly Christian-conservative throwbacks for a big chunk of their constituents. How very sad. |
