Food Regrets Snowzilla Edition

Anonymous

I do not regret any of the comfort foods I made and ate with love, and after shoveling snow like the devil.

I also purposefully didn't eat any snack-type foods that I can grab year-round. It was so nice having the time to cook!

I hadn't had a "Whatchamacalit" since my youth and thought "Hmmm why not treat myself."

I feel sick. Blech.

Made cupcakes last night. Immediately regretted.

Brownies on saturday night.

Cheeto puffs.

Grilled cheeses both Saturday and Sunday

I will be chugging green tea and ice water tomorrow all day long.

We made a lot of food and baked goods from scratch. I gave away more than half of it to the neighbors. The key lime bars were surprisingly tasty.

Blueberry pancakes
Hot chocolate with marshmallows
Constant grazing on Costco-purchased vat of goldfish crackers
Pina coladas (virgin)
Ice cream

I blame 3rd tri pregnancy and boredom. I can't even shovel off the calories.

Potato chips. Rivers of potato chips....

Making three dozen chocolate chip cookies was an insanely bad idea.

I ate WAY too many kale chips and raw date/walnut/cacao balls. Ugh!

Just kidding...Too. Many. Marshmallows.

Actually, I'm pregnant, so I regret not being able to have Bailey's all day.

Pretty much every meal I ate on Saturday and Sunday involved cheese or heavy cream.

I intentionally did not buy them because I knew I would have no discipline with them over the blizzard. But I sure have wistfully thought of them often during the past several days.

Not sure which regret would be greater.

I held off on the baking as long as possible but yesterday was the day. The kids made 5 dozen because they forgot to half the ingredients. I will be the one who binge eats them.

I regret that my fiance made so much pulled pork. We have given a lot of it away to the guys cleaning the parking lot, but there's still enough for two more meals. I don't think I ever want to see it again.

I just threw away some veggies that I bought impulsively that were already past their prime and didn't get cooked this weekend.
