What gift can I get my single sister who likes eating, drinking and watching football?

You could get her something from her favorite team - a jersey, jewelry, pjs, etc.

I'm married and have kids but am probably a lot like your sister. Even though I have all of these things, I would welcome more, sounds like a good gift!

My thoughts exactly! Sounds like she would be easy to please. So many different food and drink options e.g. gift cards to restaurants, monthly box subscription of snacks, new glassware for drinks and so many sports options e.g. team apparel, tickets to games, subscriptions to services like NFL Sunday ticket, items with the team logo on it (mugs, key chains, blankets, etc.).

Surely one of her married friends would get together with her for dinner. Especially if she's paying with a gift card.

Yeah, it's not atypical for married people to hang out with people other than their spouses.
