Looks like Thomas is Tuma, but I'm not sure it's really a name. Andrew doesn't have a direct equivalent, but it means "manly" according to Google, and I am sure there are Arabic names with the same meaning.

Elias/Elyas/Ilyas was a prophet that Muslims also believe in.

I'm American and I would actually think both of those are female names. The one because it's similar to Iris and the other because it ends in "a." Female names tend to end in A in Romance languages (of which english is 1/2).
