ADELE just announced North American tour dates...What's the best way to get great seats?

Is this true even given the following restrictions (from Ticketmaster)?

RESTRICTIONS APPLY: CREDIT CARD USED FOR PYMT AND ID REQ'D TO ENTER; TICKET IS NON TRANSFERABLE.

SELECT LOCATIONS are Credit Card Entry ONLY. Please click here for more information on Credit Card Entry.
Credit Card Entry tickets for this event are NON TRANSFERABLE.
At ENTRY you must provide the CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE AND MATCHING VALID PHOTO ID.
Entire party MUST enter the venue at the same time.

I see a big fat "Transfer" button on my e-ticket, so I'm going to say it's not true.

Good to know, thanks!

I got tickets on Ticketmaster this morning.

More tickets will be released, they always are, so I would keep checking.

I got tickets on the app this morning at 10:09 right when the first wave that were held were likely released after folks didn't check out. It was pretty painless.

Apparently this was a giant clusterfuck nationwide -- the Adele people thought it would be cute to release them all at once for all venues. What a bitch.

I see a 'buy more tickets' link, even though I already have 4 and there was a strict 4 ticket limit. Either tm is not set up for how Adele is running her concerts, or they have some way to find out and cancel orders of scalpers after someone transfers.

If you're feeling lucky, I've scored phenomenal seats day-off when artist and accessible seats are released, usually around 10am. Best I got was 4th row center at VC.

I found Prince row 5 Warner Theater.

I couldn't get any. I had two different websites up and the app. Got nothing. Very sad.

we had 2 people in family trying. nothing. we were in queue right at 10:00, waited a few minutes to even attempt a search, and search came up empty.

nothing for either dc show within 4 minutes of 10:00 this morning.

it is 2015, surely someone can create technology to stop the damn scalpers. and ticketmaster?? why does any artist go through ticketmaster anymore. especially someone like Adele. I am willing to bet that most of the seats have already been reserved for special customers.

It was better when we could go early and stand in line in the 70's and 80's. at least we got tickets back then if we really wanted them.

Stood in line at cap center for 6 hours to see Michael Jackson row 12. Worth every hour!

Don't forget artist websites and fan clubs.
