Agree it totally depends on your coloring, shape of lips and what other makeup you have on.

If you are Carmen Dell'Orefice or someone with similar inherent elegance, you are going to look amazing.

If however, you look like the back of a horse or a broken shoe, then really the look is not so much for you.
