OK, so for those who say that beige paint is OUT, what about the lighter tones such as cream? Is that also considered a dated look?

Also, is tan the same as beige?

Sorry to revive this old thread, but do you have any specific creamy beiges you like? I love the warmth of creamy colors and just can't get excited about any of the gray paints.

I've been looking at Sherwin Williams Creamy and Lotus Pod. Any experience with these or other suggestions?


Behr has one called Cotton Fields or something like that. Reminds me of really luxe stationery. So creamy.
