What is your favorite cookbook and what is your top wish list cook book?

+1 love Zuni, that book basically taught me how to cook

Am also loving chefsteps - they are on youtube

And great last one. Not much more is needed in the kitchen. It goes from simple to complicated.novel read it like a bible and given the basic technique it teaches you, I've learned now to create many of my own recipes.
