I'm not defending him. I'm correcting the information about her. She did not get the abortion and the majority of the people in this thread think she did because of the misleading (slanderous) title of this thread.

Here's the difference:

Republicans tend to hold themselves up as the moral authority...especially this anti-choice conservative who had an affair and pushed his prostitute mistress into having an abortion.

Dems, on the other hand, don't use religion and political wedge issues like abortion as tools to highlight their political character.
