Which trainer is this for? What's the contact info?

My trainer does pre and post-natal training, as well as other types. I'm in DC but I know has clients in NoVa, too. He's great. A couple friends of mine use him and we all love him. His name is Sean Berard. His company is Body of Your Dreams Personal Training. Good luck!

I think it depends on the kind of training you do. He offers packages, too. He has some rates posted on his website: bodyofyourdreams.net but you should contact him...my rates were adjusted from those posted. When I was shopping for trainers, I figured out that some people are just "certified" as trainers because they can't get work in real estate (or whatever) right now. They charge less, but you get what you pay for. Sean is a superior trainer and his rates are a bargain!
