If a neighbor did this to my dog, the next time I saw one of their kids playing outside unattended i would take the kid to child protective services and file a negligence complaint against the parent. Good for the goose, good for the gander, right? |

Your dog is wandering around leashless. That is specifically prohibited by law. Your neighbors' kids may or may not be unlawfully unattended depending on their ages and the jurisdiction, e.g., the Maryland free-range case. I'm assuming you mean the kids playing in their own yard or in the immediate neighborhood, though. You'd have a hard sell with CPS in that case. |
