This story literally made me gag while reading it. While it could have been a "daddy/daughter" thing with a young looking but legal girl acting out some public fantasy I say better safe than sorry and I would have called the authorities.

Unless it was very obvious there was something illegal happening I would myob. 14-18 is a huge gap seeing as how an 18 yr can legally have sex a 40 year old. That said, I am very often mistaken for a teenager and I'm 30 years old. My husband is 44. I'm sure we have gotten weird looks on the days im not dressed up or wearing makeup. Some people just look young for their age.

If he is caught soliciting a minor for sex, that's a felony. So if he even asked this 15 year old he will face a judge.

Yes I would tell. I am a professional human rights advocate and focus on vulnerable populations. This girl is a child. Children need and deserve our protection. If drugs are involved (and even not) she is vulnerable for prostitution/sex trafficking. Her privacy is less important than her safety in this scenario.

I would show the mother the Facebook page. I suspect the child is blocking or hiding information on FB from the mother.
