| mine was 42 weeks on the dot. 7 lbs 6 ounces |
Not the PP, but mine was born at 41w4d at 6 lbs 11 oz. She was just small. No reason. Just small. |
| 41 + 5 and 8lb 6oz, other child at 40 exactly was 8 lb and 4oz |
| 9 lbs, 4 oz at exactly 42w. Second baby was 8 lbs 10 at 39w. No GD for either, just a family tendency to big babies. |
| My babies were both over 41 weeks. The one who was five days later was 5 ounces more. Both well under 7.5 lbs and tall kids now at 3 and 5. |
| 42 weeks on the nose and 8 lb 4 oz. Almost exactly the same size (weight and length both) as her big sister, who was born at 40 weeks. |

My first went to 42 weeks, and was 8.5 pounds. It wasn't his size, it was his huge pumpkin head that was difficult. I don't think giving birth any earlier would have made a difference.
My second was born on her due date and was under 7 pounds. My third went to 42 weeks (last several weeks I was certifiably crazy) and ended up being 10 pounds 4 oz. My midwives had thought she was an average 8 pounder -- go figure. Her size was not an issue -- fat is squishy plus she was #3 so labor went really quickly. I must say, it was great having a chunky monkey -- she looked like a month old baby and was just super sturdy from the get-go. It's all genetics, at least for my kids -- my oldest still has the pumpkin head, my middle is still tiny for her age (~65 pounds at 10 1/2) and my youngest is enormous for her age (at least 10 and probably 15 pounds heavier than my 10 year old, and just as tall if not taller). |
| 41wks 3 days...6lbs 14oz |
| 8lbs, 1oz, born at 42w + 1d |
| 8 lbs 9 oz, born at 43 weeks |

a few days shy of 42 weeks - 9 lbs, 12 ounces
It really didn't feel any different from the delivery of my second, and he came in at 8 lbs, 9 ounces. If anything, the second baby hurt a little more - something about the position of his shoulders. |
Mine was 41 wks, 1 day and also 6 lbs 11 oz. My first was 7.7. I think they were both in the 25%-50% percentile for weight for the first few years. Seems within the norms to me. |

Both mine were 10 days late,
9'5 and 9'4 |
Neither of those are "big", especially for gestational age. SIgned mother of an 11lb+ 39 weeker (that's big). |
