This is absolutely false. You only pee out water soluble vitamins. Vitamins A, D, E, and K are fat soluble, meaning they will build up in your body and cause problems that may not be aware of and can't link to the overdosing of vitamins. Tread carefully, people.
If you're eating a good diet, you really don't need vitamins so consult with a doctor before taking supplements like this.
