Bethune x 1000

And I would say Burroughs x1000, especially with the "big" kids moving on the BMS.

You all are great, but um, not exactly helpful...

I would ask on the Brookland Kids listserv. I'm sure there are quite a few families who made this same decision last year

I think the small class size is key for us. MV was quite large.

I am a parent at MV. My PK4 kid is in a class of 21, I think, maybe fewer, and he has THREE full time teaching staff dedicated to his classroom.
My 1st grader as a teacher and an full time teaching assistant in both her English and Spanish classrooms, also with 21 kids each. Hard for me to think of this as large, especially because the teaching assistants are real professionals.

I have friends at Bethune and they love the school. Very involved. Don't know anything about Burroughs, just wanted to offer my 2 cents.

That's great for you, but MV as a school is much larger than CMI and is still a grade behind. What you don't think of as large 21 kids might be large to the PP.
