You know, OP, you might not be eating enough. Maybe your body went into starvation mode and is holding onto everything. Why don't you "add" another 100 calories a day of something really nutrient dense, and see what it does? |
I'd have to agree. Add in some exercise and add more calories to your diet. BTW - You must have a FABULOUS wardrobe! |
I would love to be able to maintain a diet like this but then I end up feeling so faint and weak...and then I shovel food down my throat, which defeats the whole purpose. |
Thanks, I'll look at that. Like the PP, sometimes I end up getting the munchies, so something is out of whack. Maybe if I just work out until I can't breathe I won't want to eat? ![]() I had somebody help me with my wardrobe redo. We did new shoes, new coats, new everything. It was a lot of fun at the time, but it is not as much stuff as you would expect because we got most of it at Neiman Marcus. My person was actually good about sticking to less expensive stuff at NM (Theory, Tahari, etc.; no Armani-drat), but even then you end up with much less than you think. Although I dislike Sarah Palin for many reasons, I had some sympathy for her doing WardrobeGate. Having actually gone on a serious clothes shopping trip to NM exactly once in my life, I could see how she ended up spending $150K in a couple of trips, especially if somebody else was paying for it so she wasn't picking the less expensive brands. Rough spots in my marriage is kind of a recurring theme at my house, so the whole me makeover thing was a really great thing at just the right time. It's the craziest thing I've ever done, but also probably the best (this of course excludes anything with or for my kids; I'm talking about something for just me). |
