I really think that is only an issue if you stuff a partially frozen bird. if your bird is properly thawed and you adjust time for stuffing you should be A-OK. |

| You're not supposed to because it dries your turkey out. All that juice and flavor that gets into the stuffing should stay in the bird. Add the ground up giblets to the stuffing for flavor. |
