Stuffy nose is causing me to have panic attacks

| I'm glad this thread resurfaced. I have had a stuffy nose since Wednesday and fear it's turning into a sinus infection. Broke down and took sudafed and Afrin today and it's not even helping!! That's on top of the Neto pot, steams, humidifier, etc. |

| Afrin! I used it as directed on the instructions. I was so desperate and felt just like you. My midwife approved its use for 3 days. It was a life saver! |

| In limited doses pseudoephedrine has been found to be safe. I got a horrible cold and sinus infection and took a small amount (half a dose twice a day for 2 days) just so I could breathe/function a little. Otherwise, hang out in the bathroom with the shower on. |
