Yes, a man will intentionally pick a hot woman over an average looking woman for the job of nanny. I am surprised anyone thinks otherwise.

Our babysitter is smoking hot 21 year old college girl. On the bright side, I schedule date nights more for me and DW. And DW certainly benefits from my enthusiasm at the end of the date. Win-Win

I'd hire the nanny with the most experience and skill and, most importantly, who I can trust the most, regardless of her attractiveness. But if you want to hire a nanny based on her attractiveness, go right ahead. Then don't be surprised when your child burns him or herself because she's too busy getting porked six ways from Sunday in your bed while you're gone. Then the dude steals your liquor.
