| Grilled a marinated beef shoulder from Wegmans and had it with sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash and a caprese salad. Slightly weird combo of stuff, but except for the beef I was trying to use up things in the house and make things that would translate into good lunch/dinner leftovers for me and toddler DS this week. |
Not PP but my favorite is the Skillet Cornbread recipe by Pioneer Woman. It's crumbly and corn-y, and I add about 1/4 cup of sugar to make it slightly sweet. |

| Just pulled pumpkin banana muffins out of the oven. Dinner tonight will just be for myself and 2yo son who is getting over a stomach bug and hasn't eaten much in the past 48 hours. So I'll probably eat muffins for dinner. He will too, actually, unless I can get him to eat some cereal or something. |
