Enchilada pp here. How did the pumpkin turn out? Mine was great despite Dhs initial grumbles of no meat.

Did pulled pork - cooked a pork shoulder in the crockpot all day and shredded using our food processor. Top on kaiser rolls with provolone cheese and throw under the broiler for a few minutes to melt. We also made roasted garlic rosemary potatoes!

Whole wheat penne with meatballs and tomato sauce, and Caesar salad with homemade dressing. DH needs to watch his carb intake so we try to stick to whole grains whenever possible. I've never enjoyed whole wheat pasta, but Bionaturae makes the best one we've ever tried!

Lentil sausage vegetable soup. Bread. Was going to make a salad but I'm too lazy to bother.
