I would not send my kid there. Too unwilling to challenge conservative dogma. I have some conservative beliefs but I believe a good education should challenge students to think for themselves and not just memorize and regurgitate ideological propaganda. The pressure to conform there is really high.
I feel sorry for you, sounds like you made a terrible school choice. If it makes you feel better, colleges left and right stifle free speech and it is an ongoing battle:
