I agree- I love the sound of it, but I'm afraid my husband and kids wouldn't like it... Maybe I'll make it anyway and they can fend for themselves!

It took 20 minutes for everything, including crockpot prep. But it is good!

Making my way through the Skinnytaste cookbook. Tonight was mac and cheese with broccoli. Big hit.

Cooked a whole chicken and carrots in the crockpot. That and a loaf of bread was dinner.

Pulled pork wth butt that has been in the crock all day. Mustard bbq sauce. Green beans. Homemade apple crisp with the last of our apple picking apples

I had some rotisserie chicken from grocery shopping this noon. Made a quinoa pasta casserole with that and broccoli, green peppers.
